Breakfast Provision - 1521 N. Sedgwick

All volunteers who come on-site must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination when they first enter LPCS (Vaccination card or a photo of your vaccination card will be accepted). Unfortunately, if you do not bring proof of vaccination you will not be permitted to volunteer on this day. Gather your friends and family and come cook in our kitchen! This is an opportunity to plan, prepare, and serve a meal for our Guests. Volunteers are responsible for bringing all food items they wish to cook. We have all of the cookware, utensils, and basics like oil and spices that you will need to prepare this meal for our 48 Guests (3 vegetarians).

We are allowing groups of 6 or less onsite to cook in our kitchens at Sedgwick! If you'd like to provide a meal drop off, we kindly ask breakfasts to be dropped off by 7:15am on weekdays and 8:15am on weekends.
Breakfasts cooked on-site should be served at 7:30am on weekdays and 8:30am on weekends.

Please note our current Covid-19 protocols:  

1. Everyone is required to wear a mask the entire time they are on-site
2. We will not allow groups larger than 6 on-site
3. When you arrive at LPCS you will be asked to
   • Provide proof of vaccination-If you do not provide proof of vaccination, unfortunately you will be unable to volunteer on this day and will need to leave immediately. 
     • You must bring a valid photo ID (ages 16+) and
     • One of the following: vaccination card/Photocopy of vaccination card/Digital Record/Printed record from vaccine provider
• Wash your hands in the downstairs bathroom
• Have your temperature checked
• Confirm you don't have any COVID-19 symptoms
• Always wear a mask, even when taking a photo

4. LPCS sites will be sanitized regularly
5. Meal volunteers must wear gloves while cooking
